Great independent agency is looking for a paid media manager to work across a range of exciting FMCG and retail brands, ensuring marketing effectiveness through effective paid media strategy, driving clients relationships, building and leveraging the marketing tech stack, and continuously analysing data and outcomes to improve agency performance and digital marketing capabilities.
- Lead key accounts - managing digital strategy and delivery and building long-term relationships with our clients
- Lead the selection, implementation, optimisation and performance of digital marketing strategies, making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Mentor and support the digital marketing team to deliver their best work.
- Create and implement paid media strategies that drive business value
- Develop strategic paid advertising proposals that include: goals, campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee and manages paid digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, display and social advertising) across B2B and B2C.
- Ultimately responsible for the performance of all paid campaigns
- Update and report on financial performance and forecasting of digital retainers to Head of Digital and other senior leadership members
