Are you a passionate junior Marketer looking to grow your career as a Digital Content Specialist? Do you love digital systems and being the rock of the team that helps bring content to life? This leading Australian based Investment Management company is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join their growing team. Your primary role will be working with the Digital Marketing Technologist and Digital Content Team to ensure all published digital content is up to date, accurate and relevant. The Digital Marketing Technologist does the technical side to the task at hand and your role is to manage the content updates, tracking and reporting, working with multiple stakeholders and partners in the business, so your people skills will come in handy too! 

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will:
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing Technologist to ensure that all digital content is up to date across multiple platforms including Wordpress and Salesforce
  • Manage all website updates across 12 different sites, ensuring all data and content is correct along with regularly publishing new content
  • Monitor the website traffic and analyse consumer behaviour, testing, learning, reporting and making recommendations
  • Work with affiliate brands to bring their vision and messaging to life through updating digital content, managing multiple projects at once
  • Ensure all content is SEO optimised
  • Monitor performance and compile weekly and monthly reporting, sharing with the organisation
 
What you will need to be considered:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related discipline
  • Experience with digital systems and tech either agency or client-side, including Salesforce and Wordpress
  • Confident with Google Analytics and digital reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with competing priorities
  • Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellence
  • 'Can-do' attitude 
  • Enjoy working in a flat structure with no hierarchy
