Our client is globally one of the most successful digital tech companies and has recently launched in Australia. They employ over 400 people globally and they’re now building their Australian team with this role being essential to their marketing plans. As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will think creatively, work collaboratively and deliver impactful campaigns that make a difference through website conversion and performance media. No day will be the same, you will need to be agile in your thinking and approach and able to adapt and change as the business grows.

You will be responsible for:
  • Delivering digital campaign assets across performance media and website
  • Manage day to day relationships and campaigns with agencies and internal teams
  • Taking results and data and adapting your approach accordingly, having a strong point of view on what is working and what is not, striving for explosive growth
  • Understand your digital customers, striving to give them the best user experience
  • Manage promotional offers, T&Cs and logistics of promotional campaigns
  • Understand past trends and forecast new ones, contributing to idea generation and future planning
  • Write, edit and proofread copy ensuring it is perfect and in brand TOV
  • Be the brand champion for the digital and Web teams
What do you need to be successful:
  • 5+ years digital campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital media assets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile structure
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves - occasionally writing content yourself instead of needing to always brief someone else.
  • A desire to do things differently, push the boundaries and make real change
  • Incredible organisation and stakeholder management skills
