About the role
This role is working on a large high profile client collaborating with the integrated core agency.
- Managing strategic, data-driven campaign work
- Working closely with a senior agency team
- Managing all timings and budgets
- Oversee briefs from both clients to ensure deliverables are met and understanding their business needs
- Working closely with internal teams; insights, data, strategy across 2 steams of work
- Customer Centric, Smart, Driven, Curious, Collaborative, Results Driven
- A solid understanding of CRM engagement, print DM, eDM and data
- Exceptional client management skills and previous stakeholder management is desired
- Natural problem solver, considered thinker, Data focused
- Strong experience across everything from Creative, Digital, CRM environments has solid experience in creative agencies in either Account Management or Project Management
