- Be the face of the agency as the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring they have a positive experience and bringing a happy vibe to the office each day
- Leader of the social committee organising team social events, employee birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations of all kinds
- Supporting the Chief Curation Officer with diary management and appointment bookings, travel arrangements, external/internal meetings, expenses, and monthly reporting
- Assist with client and internal presentations in Keynote - must have advanced Keynote skills
- General office management and administrative support
- Assist HR with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures, setting up inductions for new employees and reconcile monthly office expenses
- Managing finance, budgets and spends for office supplies
- Supplier management to ensure optimal service delivery
- You have a collaborative approach to working
- You're a passionate, people person, can work under pressure and have strong written and verbal communications skills
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in an EA / Office Manager role, working in a fast pace office, ideally within a small company environment.
- Can multi-task and manage the different needs of the business at one time
- You're a fast learner and have high attention to detail
- React quickly, problem solve, manage expectations
- You have a varied skill set across; Office Management, EA, Support, Budget Management
- Tech-savvy, experience in using all Microsoft Office suite, Advanced knowledge of Keynote is essential
- Imaginative, resourceful and diligent with a positive, can-do attitude
- Part time role - four full days or five days with reduced hours
- No sponsorship available, must have full working rights for Australia
