Connections Planner (CRM Strategist) | 150-180k | Job Ref: 3026380

This exciting role in a leading CX Agency is central to the creation of connected brand experiences. The successful applicant will need to connect all the meaningful customer touchpoints across both online and offline and ensure ideas are felt by the audience throughout the journey. You’ll be sensitive to different consumer mindsets and will know what message to deliver and when and the most effective mediums to carry the idea to reach the right audience. Data knowledge, technology platforms experience and media savviness are really important, as is your love of great creative ideas and wanting them to live longer and stronger in the customer journey and the UX, so the job gets done for the brand each time.

Desired skills:
  • Effective customer journey mapping
  • Fluent in cross-channel media mix planning
  • Strong focus on digital marketing planning
  • Knowledge of CRM and campaign data management
  • Technologically proficient: understanding of key consumer and organisational digital platforms and how they all best connect
  • Results focused, you’re strong in data analysis and measuring performance
  • Stakeholder engagement and internal team management, you’re able to take clients and the agency along for the journey
  • Exceptional presentation skills and workmanship and efficiency
Ideal experience:
  • 3-5 years in customer experience strategy
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Digital marketing / agency background
  • Ideally, experience in Telecommunications, financial services and IT
