Campaign Manager | Retail Tech Brand | Immediate Start

6 – 8-week contract- potential perm opportunity| Up to $550 p/d inc super | Chatswood or CBD location, your choice! | Open to a 4 day week for the right candidate

Our client is an award winning company in the retail tech space who are committed to giving back to the community. They are growing rapidly and still operate with a successful start-up vibe. With offices both in Chatswood and the CBD, you will have the choice of which office you’d like to go to but they also offer flexible working so you can choose to work from home as well! There is a huge integrated campaign about to launch in August so they are looking to bring someone on for an initial 6-8 week contract but with so much growth happening, there is the chance that this role could be made permanent as well - the company does not let great talent walk out the door.
  
About the role:
  
The success of this role will be working together with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage the execution and production of a key project which you will run. You will need to be proactive, have excellent attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, a creative eye and work well under pressure. Any experience with a financial institution or a large corporation with strict brand and legal guidelines would be ideal. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • End to end project management of one key integrated campaign with multiple layers and high-volume execution across TV, OOH, direct mail, email, website and digital channels
  • Lead the project team briefing partners on creative development and execution, managing feedback and approvals within the business
  • Work within systems and processes of managing legal and compliance feedback and getting content live
  • Be the key point of contact, ensuring everyone is kept up to date on process and timings, holding weekly project working sessions and WIPS
About you:
  • 4+ years’ experience in campaign management with proven experience managing projects autonomously
  • Any experience with a financial institution or a large corporation with strict brand and legal guidelines would be ideal
  • Exposure to working on fully integrated campaigns
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and be proactive and agile in approach
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident, personable and able to build rapport quickly with stakeholders
  • Creative thinker and ability to apply this to problem solving
  • Experience working in a marketing environment and with agency partners, agency background also welcome
