The Opportunity
This innovative agency who puts the customer at the centre of everything they do is looking for a GAD/Managing Partner/CSD for a Business Partner role which will lead a group of 15 people made up of account management and strategy. You will also work closely with the ECD on leading the creative for this group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Helping define and shape the strategy for your Client’s business
- Leading briefing and solutions development
- Motivate and mentor your team, leading by example
- Build great rapport with your Clients and add real value to their business
- Be a part of the senior leadership team
- Smart, Entrepreneurial, Driven, Curious, Collaborative, Results Driven
- A solid understanding of CX, CRM, Data, Digital and Integrated
- Exceptional client management skills
- Natural problem solver, considered thinker
- Experienced in Financial Services would be beneficial but not mandatory
