About the company:

Our client is a Leading OTC Healthcare organisation with a number of key super brands under its umbrella. They are looking for a new Brand Manager to join their collaborative team looking after three key brands that are loved and trusted by consumers and endorsed by healthcare professionals. What you'll be doing day to day:

Joining a Marketing team of 8 and reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for championing three super brands that cover everything from eye drops and nasal sprays to their minerals for energy and vitality.
Your main focus will be managing the NPD process, along with campaign development:


  • Effectively manage and execute brand plans and marketing initiatives - ATL, BTL, Digital
  • Manage the NPD process end-to-end, with all products being developed locally from scratch including research, strategy, design and launch
  • Championing brand image and activity across all channels
  • Provide market analysis and category insights
  • Ensure all brand initiatives, programs and activities comply with relevant guidelines, standards, and regulations and that conduct adheres to relevant internal policies and procedures
  • Work closely with sales, category as well as external agencies to manage the delivery of marketing activities
  • Manage budgets, timelines and all legal and regulatory approvals

What you need to be considered:




  • Previous brand management experience, ideally in the OTC pharmaceutical, FMCG or health/beauty industry
  • A proven track record in NPD launches and the packaging process
  • Fantastic eye for detail and ability to gain insights from data reports
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a highly regulatory environment
  • You enjoy working autonomously whilst collaborating with wider teams
  • Confident, proactive, a team-player
