Assistant Marketing Manager | Multinational Financial Services Brand
12 month contract initially | $80 - 85K + Super | Great Sydney CBD location, flexible working supported

About the company:

You will work in the internal partnerships team for this multinational financial services brand. The team is responsible for generating demand for business products, leveraging existing customer relationships from across the broader business. Known as a fantastic place to work with a long-standing tenure from employees to prove it, fast paced and dynamic culture.

You will work with an experienced and supportive Manager, within a supportive B2B marketing team, whilst working collaboratively with the broader large-scale marketing team too.The brand is innovative, global and fast paced company with high passion, high performance and great team spirit.

This role will be an initial 12 month contract, based on the persons performance in the role there may be further opportunity beyond this - the company does not let great talent walk out the door. About the role:
The success of this role will be working together with multiple stakeholders across the business to drive relationships and sell their value proposition of the B2B products. You will need to be passionate about building relationships, be experienced with acquisition strategies and developing new processes and ways of doing things, being an advocate for this internally.
Reporting into the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic execution and management of the internal partnerships marketing programs driving demand for business products
  • Develop process and platform innovations to deliver best-in-class multi-channel acquisition strategies
  • Drive collaboration across key business units to support customer acquisition
  • Leverage data and reporting to track acquisition reporting and make recommendations for the future
  • Project management across BTL, eDMS, Digital - delivering on time and within budget
About you:
  • 5-7 years experience in similar marketing role with exposure to working in a highly matrix style organisation
  • Confident, personable and able to build rapport quickly with stakeholders
  • Creative thinker and ability to apply this to problem solving
  • Campaign and project management experience delivering to timeframes and within budget across multiple mediums
  • Adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments with changing processes
  • Strong collaborator and ability to gain influence and support across a business
  • B2B marketing experience desirable but not essential
  • Passionate about what you do and the desire to work for a market-leading organisation
