Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist finance team with management of business credit cards and statements and invoicing
- Answering all incoming calls
- Greeting clients
- Booking all couriers and managing deliveries
- Manage the IT and Telecommunication providers
- Support Accounts Team in daily deliverables, activities and deadlines for marketing, on premise and experiential campaigns and projects
- May coordinate or participate in any phase of the project cycle, including planning, design, concept development, implementation and post campaign reports
- Ensure orderly and timely completion of project work
- Gain familiarity with the client’s industry, products, business culture and competition
- Coordinate development of project proposals/timelines and sourcing supplier costs with oversight from Account Service leadership team
- Facilitate all administrative duties including weekly wips, project documentation, client invoicing, and internal job management — including contact reports
- Manage studio traffic on a daily basis
