Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for:
- Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction (digital, CRM, social and website) within the agency to deliver client success
- Partnering and collaborating with our Client Partners (digital, social, CRM and website); Client Data Team, internal Strategy and Creative teams and Partner Agencies to increase consideration for clients across all mediums.
- Taking ‘Account Lead’ ownership for the management of roll-out and development of Digital and CRM strategies and Digital Content Development
- Project Management of the full lifecycle of Client CRM & digital projects from inception and requirements definition through to final delivery
- Proven experience of applying CRM to support consumer facing campaigns
- Strong awareness and interest in new platforms and technologies within CRM & Social channels
- Professional expertise in all Digital channels: website management, DCO, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
- Practical knowledge of key reporting & analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Social Studio/Radian6, etc.
- Automotive experience strongly preferred, especially luxury automotive but not mandatory for the right candidate
- Experience working with international client relationships, in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
- Integrated marketing experience (ATL & BTL production)
- Experience of the asset origination and adaptation
- Experience of working closely with Project Managers, Technical and Strategy teams
