To score an interview you will need:
- 1-2 years holding an Account Director title
- Integrated experience touching on combination of TVC, radio, print, OOH, digital & content.
- Experience working on a large brand, ideally within the financial services sector
- Ability to work in a team and manage junior people below you
- Down to earth approach, no ego and positive energy a must.
