This boutique creative agency specialises in Events & Experiential activations for a range of drinks brands. They have an opportunity for a great Account Director to join the team on a fixed term 12 month contract (maternity leave cover).
The team is growing, so there is the potential that a permanent opportunity could also open up during the contract period.
SCOPE OF ROLE
- Manage Events & Experiential activations from pitch concepts through to delivery
- Work on a range of fantastic drinks brands
- Great range of work spanning; Events, Experiential, Shopper, Retail Design
- Lots of opportunity to be strategic, develop concepts (collaboratively with team) and sell in proposals to clients
- Manage a team (AE to SAM level)
- Lots of opportunity for interstate and overseas travel!
- Start early November
- Salary $110k inc super
- Currently at Account Director level (or a really confident SAM ready to step up)
- Experience managing campaigns spanning; Events & Experiential, Shopper, Retail Design
- Great at pulling together proposals for clients
- Team management experience (you'll be supported by AMs & SAMs)
- Strong production knowledge would be beneficial but you'll also have the support of experiential producers in house
- Experience working on drinks brands would be beneficial, but is NOT mandatory
