This is a great opportunity for an Account Director to drive Client relationships and manage multiple through-the-line projects seamlessly. The agency has a great reputation for creativity and digital capability and there is the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary colleagues within the Group to provide channel-agnostic solutions.
Reporting into a Managing Partner on one account and SAD on another, you have strong mentors and will be supported by a SAM and AM across different accounts.
Campaigns will be a mix of Traditional and Digital, along with some small-scale web builds.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is likely to have a large agency integrated background ideally with FMCG brand experience. You’ll be a strategic thinker who is passionate about strong creative work. Working across multiple accounts, you’ll be adept at juggling competing Client demands, and with the nouse to delegate appropriately to members of your team, guiding and supporting them along the way.
