You will be working directly with a variety of clients on diverse campaign projects. Your clients will include famous national brands and busy government entities. You’ll be comfortable leading the day-to-day management of your clients’ advertising and communications activities and working closely with the agency’s Creative Director and Senior Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient running of accounts
- Day to day management of agency-client relationships
- Manage the workflow and operational processes to ensure deadlines are met and quality control is never compromised
- Drive financial processes, including estimating, budget control, invoicing and forecasting
- Support the Creative Director with the preparation of client presentations and production project planning
- Weekly activity reporting to the management team
- Operational responsibility and the chance to lead client relationships
- To work alongside a talented and highly experienced Creative Director

- 5-8 years agency experience in account management
- A degree in marketing, communications or business
- Strong people management skills [clients and colleagues]
- Astute process and financial acumen
- Problem-solving abilities and an obsession for detail
- Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of design, film and digital production processes
- Confident creative instincts and strategic vision
