Account Co-ordinator | Up to $60k inc | Would consider graduates
  
Are you looking for an agency role in Events/Experiential where you could learn from a great team, work with incredible clients, and have a lot of fun? This collaborative boutique agency is looking for someone to support the team in planning and executing memorable events. You’ll need to be self-motivated, results orientated, have great people skills, and be highly organised. Ideally, you might have a year’s experience, but enthusiastic graduates are also welcome!
  
The opportunity:
  
Taking direction from the Account Management team, you will work across a range of high-profile brands to create amazing and memorable experiences within the events and experiential space. You will thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment, have exceptional organisational skills, a proactive and go-getter attitude and a passion for the world of events and experiential activations.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Source and quote out of the box products and services
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quick turn-around of quotes and production timeframes
  • Produce cost estimates for client sign off
  • Assist with developing compelling proposals to sell in the BIG ideas
  • Produce post-event campaign reports
  • Develop creative briefs for experiential campaigns or branded events
  • Administrative duties including weekly WIPs, project documentation, client invoicing, and internal job management — including contact reports
  • Gain familiarity with the client’s industry, products, business culture and competitors
  • Work onsite at our bespoke branded events
  • Manage small projects
Skills and experience:
  • 1+ year agency experience (advantageous not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated – positive and resilient attitude
  • A collaborative attitude, welcoming ideas from others and sharing information
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliable and great energy
