The agency is an independent creative agency making ideas that live within advertising, entertainment, and design. Part ad agency, part production company, part content distributor, our agency is deliberately (un)structured so it can respond to clients’ needs, rather than default to ‘traditional comms’ as the answer. Their clients range from sports, luxury liquor, food delivery disruptors, tertiary education, beauty, telco, baby food and FMCG.
Day to day you’ll get to:
- Support the Business Director across all areas of client management – strategy, creative, production, experience, amplification
- Be responsible for delivering exceptional account management for end to end campaigns
- Offer input into strategy and creative
- Develop strong client relationships and an understanding of their business and sector
- Be across all the detail on your accounts, and ‘go to’ person for knowledge on your clients’ business
- Liaise with media agency and other agency suppliers to deliver campaigns and assets on time and on budget
- Hybrid flexible work, 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days from home in usual circumstances
- The office is positioned across from an eastern suburbs beach, so take a dip during lunch & rinse off using the office's outdoor shower!
- A minimum of 12-months experience working within a creative agency environment.
- An understanding of the strategic and creative development process.
- Can-do attitude, passion, and inquisitive to learn and continually develop.
- Proactive – as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager you’ll always be looking for ways to improve process as well as new ways to develop your skillset.
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully, clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail - Check everything, then check it again, even if you didn’t do it
