About the role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on strategy and execution across the full remit of Advertising and Marketing activity. This includes understanding data and insights to lead the strategic initiatives and channel strategies, working and managing relationships with agencies and partners to bring the work to life, mentoring and developing a Marketing Specialist and managing all budgets for your workstreams. This is a true generalist role working across brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social), Store Execution, Loyalty, Social and Corporate Responsibility – basically having an impact on anywhere the brand touches. The team rotate the work streams so that everyone has an opportunity to work across all areas and develop into well-rounded marketers.
What you will need to succeed:
- 7+ years experience in a marketing or Advertising role, open to agency background
- A lover of brand-led, insight-driven campaigns
- Curious by nature and a desire to be part of a growing and evolving, iconic company
- Passion for retail
- Experience in mentoring and growing junior team members, either through line management or on project work
