Riza has a breadth of experience in her marketing career, from being in client-side roles working on financial services brands such as Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA to consumer electronics brand Sanyo Oceania. She has also worked in the e-commerce start-up spaces and market research industries.

Riza has shifted her focus more on people and relationships, joining the iknowho team as a Senior Talent Partner. With her authentic and warm nature, Riza has an interest in genuinely helping people. She is passionate about helping candidates and clients find a great match.

Outside of work, Riza is a proud mum of two and enjoys travelling, spending long days at the beach and considers herself a bit of a foodie at heart.
